1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. Return requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition (no stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear)
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided
  • Returns due to quality issues (manufacturing defects, transit damage, or incorrect items received)

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following types of items are not eligible for return:

  • Intimate apparel, undergarments, or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items (explicitly marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase)
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or failure to follow care instructions

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact our customer service team at info@eddiebauerr.sbs or call +1 (562) 708-6215. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Step 2: After reviewing your request, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and detailed return instructions via email.

Step 3: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the package.

Step 4: Drop off the package at the designated carrier‘s shipping location as indicated on the return label.

Important: Items sent back without first obtaining a return authorization will not be accepted.

6. Return Shipping Cost

We offer free return shipping on all eligible return requests within the 30-day window. A prepaid return label will be provided upon return authorization.

No restocking fees apply — there are no hidden charges or restocking deductions on any approved returns.

7. Refund Processing

Once your returned item has been received and inspected at our return facility, we will process your refund within 1–2 business days after inspection.

8. Refund Timeline

After your refund has been processed, the refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method (the same Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal account used for the original purchase). Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@eddiebauerr.sbs within 7 calendar days of delivery. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

10. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow our standard return process to return the original item. Once your return is accepted and your refund is processed, you may place a new order for the desired item.
