Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery to addresses within the contiguous United States typically takes 3–5 business days. Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Total estimated delivery time: Processing (1–2 business days) + Shipping (3–5 business days) = 4–7 business days from the date your order is placed.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the contiguous United States (the 48 adjoining states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses at this time. International shipping is not available.
4. Shipping Cost
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase is required, and no hidden fees or surcharges apply. The shipping cost you see at checkout is the final cost — there are no additional charges.
5. Carriers
We work with a network of trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery. Depending on your shipping address, package weight, and current carrier availability, your order may be shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other comparable national carriers. The specific carrier for your order will be determined at the time of shipment.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving the tracking email for the tracking information to become active on the carrier‘s website.
7. Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to meet our delivery estimates, shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays due to high order volumes, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or any third party beyond our control.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@eddiebauerr.sbs. We will do our best to update the address before the order is processed; however, once an order has been dispatched, the shipping address cannot be changed.
9. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or family members who may have accepted the package on your behalf. You may also contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
